Today when and check the site glad to see that there some progression going on..
but found out some shocking news that the mct have some changes on the project but dint inform the purchaser. -one residence project become prima1 those who give booking cheque were offered to choose the tower 3.. -tower 3 n 4 now is 27 story building instead of 40 story as they plan before this, -they will assign n allocation car park for each unit not as they promote first come first serve that u can park anywhere.. -as for tower 5,6,7n8 is unknow. Will they built it or change it ? Cause once they allocate the parking to each unit. Higher chances they will change the 4 block into something else..(Just mine opinion) not sure is a good thing or bad thing. Will mct still sell lake front as a luxury condo? One residence project is not the Lakefront right? Heard from my friends Lakefront is kinda good for investment. Your view please? Any idea is the tower 4 start selling? Expected completion in Q3 2018?
