Thanks for sharing. Do you know how much is the disbursement fee or you would only know after you sign the s&p?

MBB just approved my loan and offer me at 4.45%. MRTA would be RM7472 for 25 years.

They told me there would be a disbursement fee of around RM5000

Looks like MBB working hard to approve most of our loan. The rest of the bank still no news.

got feedback from another banker beside mbb. they are still waiting for the end financing. might take another half a month before they can revert back. i don't think i can wait that long for the other bank to come back.

Guys, something to clarify.

i) Before signing the loan agreement. Do we need to check with the developer to find out if my booking still valid or i can straight sign the loan agreement.

ii) How many type of legal fee that I need to pay? As far as I know is S&P is cover by developer. So does that mean we only need to pay for our loan legal fee right?

Jidins, thanks for the clarification.

Regard to legal fee, if we are only paying for s&p only. How about the fee for our loan? Are those the same things? Abit confuse.

Yes, it is the same sales gallery. For pr1ma I don't think they have any mock up unit for you to have a look. During my booking session. Only the model unit and layout available for display and also the Pr1ma unit brochure.
