3 years working in KFC, latest one is rm5.50/hours. Its depend on location u r working.

My friend work in MCD, rm5.00 depends on location too. He's working in MCD Drive thru PLUS Sungai Besi.

Free meals and can train your mental strength if working in Fast-food restaurant! =D

Very true.. it's a test of mental and physical strength, you can have an accident too easily if you are not careful, a lot of hot oil, and hot metal smile.gif

Since the rm900 minimum salary enforced, hourly rates increased too.

i've never known that we can work as a part time worker in fast food restaurant, is it really possible? I tot they only hire full time workers, no?

quite to the contrary, fast food are trying to hire less and less full time, they make most of their staff part-time, this way saves a lot of EPF, benefits, and salaries... very very bad! I know an aunt who has been working in KFC for years yet she is still part-time basis, has to work in weekends. Malaysian laws don't really protect poor people.

If this is true , then I have to say that these fast food owners are not professional businessmen . A true pro businessman knows that he/she has to rely on good reliable workers for his business . His/her employees is the lifeblood of the business . Good reliable quality employees is the true asset of a good company . If you want your company to expand , you have to take good care of your employees .
