Work at f&b sector is different, maybe f&b sector pay the lowest than others sector, but the career developement is beyond, the increment follow the KPI, yes u can work with data entry and call center but did u take the career advancement as consideration for long term? Yes not?

My part time start as barista at starbucks after finish my dip, their paid RM5.50/hour and got allowance meal and closing some-more, and kerja kilang same like f&b? Which one? F&b provide u good training, example mc'donalds, everything have SOP, their got training on every specific task or service, u can work practically but u wont go further without knowledge, its important to have all procedure and knowledge in ur mind,

Dont just work only for payment but ur work is rubish, everyone also dont want take employee like that

Its a free country, nobody forces you to work a low wage job

You can always work a better job, provided you have the qualification

working at these fastfood restaurant, with
little pay- RM3/hr, heavy workload,
really test your endurance level..

That's why I'll always have the respect for the fast food crew members.

ive seen mcd and kfc payroll it is 3+ -5+ . That was i think 3-4 yrs back. And yes it's a dirt low paying job for those who do not have qualifications. No need pmr to work, got spm pay is higher. But if you have SPM with decent results few credits im sure u can easily get a better paying job like rm1k ish or so.

They give u meal vouchers or something i think, a lot of food was thrown away after x number of hours to keep things fresh. I think some of them will curi2 tapao but its against company policy. And wtf u want to eat mcd or kfc as much as u can, u will die faster.

quite to the contrary, fast food are trying to hire less and less full time, they make most of their staff part-time, this way saves a lot of EPF, benefits, and salaries... very very bad! I know an aunt who has been working in KFC for years yet she is still part-time basis, has to work in weekends. Malaysian laws don't really protect poor people.

If this is true , then I have to say that these fast food owners are not professional businessmen . A true pro businessman knows that he/she has to rely on good reliable workers for his business . His/her employees is the lifeblood of the business . Good reliable quality employees is the true asset of a good company . If you want your company to expand , you have to take good care of your employees .
