Take that EA!! Some guy at Reddit mess with the code and enable the debug mode of Simcity and guess what, unlimited offline mode, debug menu, Un-fudged population numbers etc. So opinion guys?? BTW that store thing was real (well in reddit)

No? Not in other region at least. If your neighbours have enough coverage, your citizen will go there to study.

Old news now bro. It still needs modding so you can't really play online with those debug mode. Pointless unless they could fully crack it. I'd like to play offline but since the game is buggy and needs a lot of fixing, its kinda useless right now. We need them to fix every single bug then everything will be good.
