Go ahead...

Point is, condos doesn't appreciate like landed here because Malaysians have fetish to live in landed once they married and have children.

Also, nowadays developers sell condos like shoeboxes only, for single or dinks couple can lah...do rental play only for condos mostly...but in the end, I notice that rental yields don't catch up with developersrices,  how to invest?

don't forget the fund is from oversea. The local bank gets the fund from hedge fund group, financial institute, oversea bank.

Yes but just like oil below US$80, a lot of current gold mining is unprofitable at prices below US$1000 per ounce. Gold miners have been opening up new mines in capital-intensive high cost areas like Ghana in Africa to meet demand.

Just like half of North American oil producers would be out of work if oil slips past $80, tar sand oil and fracking costs more to extract.

agreed. You going to see a lot of abandoned gold mine soon. I already warn my friend 1 year ago, but advice was not accepted. Hopefully he not in trouble this time.

no idea leh, once qe stop in this lousy economic condition. of coz got chance for recession and props dropping for those high leverage fellows. however, that is not happening at all  laugh.gif

but ben will continue qe since economic condition still sucks
the qe stimulus floods the market with ample liquidity that it prevents credit market from freezing
those money seeking safety and strong stocks and hard assets too, there goes my stagnant theory  shakehead.gif

Why Your Grandmother’s Portfolio Is Beating the Pros’..... When boring, steady, widely followed mega-cap consumer stocks lead the market, professional investors have a hard time earning their fees.

possibility are there, it just our government debt will get worsen.....but do anyone really bother? Even our mortgage debt are among the top 10. We don't have space for survive like what we had in 1997/2008.When people said Malaysia boleh, what kind of thing that Malaysia really boleh? Don't mention about the badminton stuff. Now we like crawling to other nation like China, Australia to beg for job and investment. We have so much resource, why can't we do it ourself? Why we need to sell our oil well to shell, esso? WHY?

I do really hope Malaysia can stop depend on FDI and starts to able to compete in the market. See how China work out? They already move into service stage and we still struck there. They starts to produce the world knows product, branded. What brand do Malaysia produce? Najib wants China, LGE wants China. Where are we? Our GDP is keep up by using construction.

either. I'm a rational guy, not a fan of any parties. I talk about whatever I see and saw throughout my age. But I can't predict our nation future, based on the vote I did last time. I was thinking of one question, where are we going and heading? Bn is definitely rotten, PR are not doing a impressive job. Are we living in our so call UBAH dream? I hopefully this time, my vote can prove me wrong.
