600sf @ RM600psf = RM360,000 with discount of RM10,000 = RM350,000.

Can evaluate the high end housing products with tis gov thingy. Any1 who can affort high end housing ll nvr get themselve involve in tis affordable housing. Mid end, maybe yes maybe no. Buyers who I blif ll wanna upgrade the standard of living ll most likely sell the current house and move on to bigger or beta house. Might or might not keep the current house. If keep, rental is another option for the. Likewise, the PR1MA doesnt allow renting to 3rd party if I'm not mistaken.

Most stocks having record prices. Index hit highest in history. Circulation of denotation in max after QE3. Value of $$$ drop drastically. Most necessities seems to hav a brighter future in term of pricing. The onli set back is income. So act wise.

Next move, go for land bank.

GST ll onli b gd if be end knows how to spend the income. If implying GST with motive of digging more $$$ away fr rakyat, then there goes our hard earn $$$ in yrs b4 GE14. And ll oso build lotsa white elephant projects around.

Beta pull out most of ur FD and convert into foreign currency now and when RM is worthless in the future, convert ur foreign currency back to RM and live like a king. Not need to migrate. Sthg wrong with tis thread. Some shouted tis is prop thread n asked others not to discuss on stocks but is doin it himself. Some hav previously mentioned bout stocks but has been shot down by the same guy. Now tis guy's so called gang tok bout stock n he is fully supporting. It's kinda like......tasting own medicine but still pointing gun at others head to force others to accept wateva he says is nvr wrong. Price up after supporting market down is stil not considers wrong??? rclxub.gif

After all I'm in both stocks n props. It's totally diff strategy game but same risk. Maybe onli to me. I'm playing long for both so ll nvr bother much bout the short term up down.

Some ppl argue using psf but when it come to below 500k for eg, they didn't dare to mention bout the size cos intentionally trying to mislead others specially new forumers to agree with them.

There r so many instant cases in this thread. Oso dun forget there r many ppl willing to buy new with slightly higher or much higher than buying old subsales.

Actually I feel tat bolehland is stil a gd place to invest. Recently I went to taipei hk singaland n Seoul. All places r having a very high psf of cos with higher income. But the disposable income is just not enuf for them to own a proper home with our normal acceptable size (depends on diff person) in bolehsia.

Thank god v r stil able t o prepare sthg for our kids.
