QUOTE(digilife @ Apr 9 2013, 07:30 PM) tak boleh la bang....i working somemore stay in penang... u test and let us know the result bro.... since LTE activate widely on 1800mhz...it quite suprising alot ppl saying iphone5 cant get LTE when launch.. but seem they roll out iphone 5 with 1800mhz more fast than those on 2600mhz... probably lack of LTE device with 2600mhz as android device come with alot flavour in malaysia... even note 2 also 2 variant either GSM only (N7100) or GSM + LTE (N7105) |

QUOTE(digilife @ Apr 9 2013, 07:43 PM) Those places that have LTE1800 also have LTE2600 rite ? mostly in our market note 2 is N7100 only..that is why the adoption of LTE rather slow and less ppl post out the speed..But mostly N2 is N7100 ( i mean the early batches ) rite ? I believe Apple push LTE into iP5 is because of Galaxy 4 launched with LTE implement on iphone, they can easily attract customer to sign with the current iphone and no need import other variant where as for note 2 they need to import N7105 to cater for LTE and old batch need to cheap sales remember speedtest on Thursday bro..waiting for your result.. |

QUOTE(digilife @ Apr 9 2013, 08:00 PM) N2 7100 dont have LTE chip inside.. that the problem..iphone5 come with just 1 flavour...all iphone5 in MY will have LTE 1800mhz chip built in but sad thing, our legacy card cannot use on iphone5 ... if legacy also auto activate for LTE, then only usb modem can be use currently |

base on their FAQ only below package is eligible
QUOTE What are the rate plans eligible for LTE services? Subscribe to these plans to enjoy faster data speeds on your devices: •Rate plans with bolt-on data of 1GB & above (e.g. TM78+3GB, VP50+1GB.) •Rate plans with bundled data of 1GB & above (e.g. SM75, IVP50). •iValue plans (except for iValue Lite) & BBMore plans. |

QUOTE(chuahcs79 @ Apr 10 2013, 11:28 PM) Today I went to maxis center I ask the CS .. The CS say currently not sure yet even I m on the main legacy line (idata) .. At the end I hold to convert my sim or else need spend rm10-20 for sim tray to use on my phone -.- . Even biz user in kl area none report with LTE except those 4plan user .. Probably need some time for them to switch all over .. Just wait and see what is the future of legacy line |

QUOTE(khonlinestore @ Apr 10 2013, 11:31 PM) Conclusion : as long as u have data quota > 1GB u can have LTE provided with micro / nano sim EXCEPT Multisim regardless u are on Main or Secondary. Yeap u are right .. All with quota will have LTE direct .. Probably thier trick to earn more and quota easy to finish under LTE speedThis post has been edited by stevenlee: Apr 10 2013, 11:36 PM |
