Ok just managed to connect to 4G on E589. No need maxis device. Stupid Maxis staff at TTDI. However speed about 15mb-10mb ping about 100ms. Signal here in Damansara Utaman is bad.First they activate the 3G first then later about 1hrs then only 4G. Sim card is different then the normal one.

Go for Huntsman, the latest  version. Cell ID and QoS are shown there. but when i am on MDMA my QoS is 42000/8640 but the same  modem on Huntsman FW ( Router )  , its 8640/8640 , still blur on this part 

Are you using public IP?

so if you use other apn such as maxisbb/bbnet/unet, are you getting normal QoS back or not?

yeah, i know that already. I was wondering if this speed stay the same no matter what APN we use or this QoS only apply to UNETP only?

Did you try Huntsman 2013-4-19? I am not sure if it is the firmware problem or tower problem,
but I only see HSPA+ and no DC-HSPA+ on my E398.

Received few PMs asking me how to get the multi-sim.

Initially I went to Maxis Centre and asked about multi-sim and the cost, they told that it is still issuing. Only mutl-line in one SIM is discontinue.

Then I applied on the spot and asked will there be any charges other than the RM15 monthly rental for the SIM. I was told NO.

I was quite happy as I know it supposed to have data sharing fee per month as per usual plan. The guy who served me told to test it after 2 hours from now.

Went back home but 2 hours has passed but still can't. I already suspected something. Haha.. then it is true... he said might have additional rental charges for sharing data and he needs to check with KL...

I am still waiting.. but I believe it is colder than water.

I knew this la.... That is why I asked Maxis if need to pay monthly fee for the data as new individual plan and I was told no need. That is why I applied it.       

i cant access to server hosting by maxis public ip(unetp), from maxis's own mobile network(mobile internet and broadband), all other telco's internet or streamyx access with no problem, anyone have any idea?
