Tested their trial Netherlands free server, it is base on OpenVPN.

Quality is okay but I wouldn't comment much since it is free server.

Waiting them to PM me their Hong Kong details

Sometimes it happens to me too

why? I realised my E398 was very hot when it happened. Maybe because it overheats?

The only way to solve it is by restarting my MR3420 V2 and allow the E398 to reconnect. Disconnectng the E398 from the router and reconnect it doesnt work.

happens about 2-3 times per 2 days. Quite annoying, expecially when suddenly disconnected when playing online games.
*
When happen it is at what LED.

If it is blue LED means MR3420 had crashed. Wait around 1 minute it shall reconnect automatically.

Kk. I try this method first.
If cant then only flash to OpenWRT..
If still this problem, keep this router then change Asus RT-N14U brows.gif

No and never, Asus 3G support is even more buggy. Ask digilife

MR3420 do the 3G part, Asus N14 do the rest.

MR3420 cant handle too much traffic

Well, I'm still putting my last hope for LTE to be activated for free. Waiting for colleague's good news. He seems like giving me fake hope all the time. sad.gif

I am still loving my puny little APS-C + 1750 tongue.gif

Soon I guess, more and more LTE speedtest showing up around.

Haven't see someone able to test with USB dongle tho

I think traffic shaping does actually in action. It's so slow to surf international website without vpn. And yes it's so hard to push over 10mbps. shakehead.gif
You can get almost double in speed with DC HSPA+ capabled modem depending on your location. laugh.gif
*
Shhh, somebody live in Cyberjaya will post his 2XMbit speedtest laugh.gif

Location dependent I can say, my Kampung 15Mbit no problem

If you guys any face any WiFi issue with your TP-LINK MR3420

Consider choosing either channel 1 or 6 or 11. If you got an Android phone, use an app called WiFi Analyzer and scan to see either these 3 channel which have the least interference.

And, force it to Wireless G.

If you got a thick pocket, just get another router to do the WiFi and networks.

When I first got my 3420 also had the same issue, got me shocked. laugh.gif
*
So surprised their technical know the issue and don't even attempted to fix.

Even surprising, MR3420 V1 got better LTE modem compatibility than V2

Well, what to expect from RM80 router laugh.gif

I think Aircard like 320U is the only modem where we can select which tower we want to connect.  You should check it out and below is the links for you
