it's not port 47 (not tcp, nor udp neither icmp or what so ever)
it's protocol 47, a GRE protocol (generic route encapsulation)
u need to allow this gre protocol or some of them call protocol 47 in your firewall to makesure vpn traffic can pass through
*
Yes protocol 47, already done in firewall.

QUOTE(keny1st @ Mar 23 2013, 06:51 AM)
which vpn u subsribed have a hk server? i also need haha

mind to share?

Can't use, no point recommending.

QUOTE(blacktubi @ Mar 23 2013, 09:23 AM)
You need to have public IP for PPTP Protocol VPN to works.

Try it at Streamyx it should work.

To use VPN at Maxis, only find those OpenVPN based
*
Got it. smile.gif
I also tried BolehVPN but keep having TAP error when I have already installed it in OpenVPN.
This is crazy. rclxub.gif

I guess if you previously used OpenVPN based stuff, get the TUN/TAP interface in the network connection enabled

Find in in the network sharing centre... and click network adapters, see if the TUN/TAP enabled

Yeah, I guess I need to wait till Reuben replies me...

Edit: I noticed the moment I opened BolehVPN GUI, the TAP-Windows Adapter V9 immediately disappeared. shocking.gif

Tested their trial Netherlands free server, it is base on OpenVPN.

Quality is okay but I wouldn't comment much since it is free server.

I am not talking abt any Hell

I am referring to VPN services , Cheap in VPN means you will be sharing with lots of users, thereby the quality of the service will not be as good as a dedicated server meant for only for a few users.

Wise? It depends, if that person have lots of money to waste, who cares......... whistling.gif whistling.gif whistling.gif

whistling.gif I don't freaking care about the users, I don't do downloads via VPN, I only want my streaming.
A lot of money? Joker. And nobody cares.

VPN is not something I care la. I don't have much time to tweak around and play around. What's so great about asking me to see which IP you are connected to every time? Anything to boast? whistling.gif
