I'm looking for new develop condo...it's hard to find one with limited budget...hoepfully got some good info...if not i will nvr get a hse...wuwuwuwu

If you go down to the place and do a survey, I believe subsale will be a lot a lot more affordable. But of course, for new condo, there will be DIBS and so on, and that more flipper-friendly. |

oh didn't pay attention to the board, 306units, 18 floor for example, 2 blocks.

is by Choon Tian Development, opposite NSK, called up trying to get some infor but was told only able to register interest for now... I think something like Kuchai Avenue? Shop lots on ground floor with residential units above.
