Saw this adv in a website from Choon Tian developer. been looking for a good place to stay in kuchai lama. anyone heard of this project? if yes, mind sharing ?

i called the developer. he said it is right in kuchai lama but he didnt specify where. he will email me more info .

Don't expect it to be cheap.. I believe prepare to pay for 550 - 600 psf and above.

this is not a well known developer, if they price it that high, they might hav difficulty to sell.

that land was acquired for shop lot/ commercial development.

anyway, as long as it is in kuchai lama, it doesnt matter.

that is y im kinda skeptical bout this developer too. nevertheless, this project looks good..

looking at their pricing for their cheras project, don't think it is gonna be cheap.
