What antivirus you are having?
Make sure it is up-to-date or else it can't detect the latest virus ...

You should use more reputable antivirus like Avira, Norton, Trend-Micro, AVG and etc ...
You just can't tell how effective an unknown brand antivirus. This post has been edited by WebWalker: Mar 13 2013, 03:36 PM |

QUOTE(t.a.t.a @ Mar 13 2013, 03:41 PM) Try to ask around whether ppl really know about Quick Heal.If no one know about it, then you can't call it "reputable" brand. As for your case, I will uninstall the Quick Heal and install Avira free into your system. Update Avira and do whole HDD scan on any virus. Malwarebytes did a good job too. If you can't get the virus remove and you don't want to format your HDD, you should send it to any pc repair shop and let the technician clean the virus for you.
