Use software like MSI Afterburner to monitor your GPU Core+Mem clock and also your GPU usage while playing game and when the stutter happen.
Use HWINfO/Core Temp log feature to monitor your CPU frequency whether it's throttling while u playing game. Set Optimus to use Intel HD gpu when playing WC3 and see if it exhibit the same behaviour. |
