is free weight or weight lifting equipment better ?
( i wan to be bigger, and streamline)
i am 180 75kg, do i need to drink mass gainer first or just take whey protein ?
should i do cardio before weight lifting or after it?, or neither of all just do weight lifting?
couple of gym question need to be solved
