So from here, u can see ur problem. U just need take 2x of wat u eat now. Let said 4 box of rice every meal, yes, u may feel going to puke up at begining, but after 2-3weeks, u can eat even more. By that time, u will see u gain weight not. Oh ya, not ask u double ur meal intake and sametimes reduce ur meal frequency, just eat double wat u eat now.

No pain no gain. Read the stickierssss Gain Mass section. From page 1 to lastest page. U no need mass gainer or whey if u do it right. Wan streamline? That need alot hard work. So from now, part of hardwork is educate urself with basic. So start reading the stickies and google now. If u cant even do so, how to have streamline as u already fail in the begining of educate urself? nod.gif
