There is a signing the PR1MA housing in PUTRAJaya this Tuesday 1st oct 2013 at menara PJH. 2 type 800+ ft2 n 1000ft2. Price 120k n 160k. 1000ft2 all been take up and there are still Number of remaining unit in 800+ft2.

What the difference with IBS - industrialised building system, prefabricated at factory and install at site 100% sure water leakage for malaysia woker skill and contractor behavior. My experience. Failed!!
