Good question ?  Logically it should be the way, the higher the expensive. However, the prices for this project are similar (regardless high or low). but to my  surprised , i noticed that  the book charts marked red majortiy are lower level units. Consequently, pr1ma imposed 30 floor below come with only one car park lot. (Not apply to 1048 sf units only).

You can buy one extra parking lot for 15k. I think this applied to units above 30 floors only and exclude studio units.
