not bad this Arcadia..momentum is building up and more and more shops and eateries are opening up..

in this kind of economy the rate of takeup is not too shabby liao..

JUST FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES..when staying strata landed every one has to be considerate and abide.

if dont want to follow house rules then don't stay in strata landed..period..

secondly the security should have asked them to stop the party already and get everyone out ..

amend the house rules to include a fine for not adhering to the rule...get a deposit and forfeit the deposit if so needed.

you mean got different set of rules for committee members?? these people are not fit to be on the jmc/mc.

residents then should get together and vote out the committee members..

Arkadia don't have the wow factor yet even with that kind of price tag..at least for me.
Firstly the landscaping is crap...the fountain works on and off..

They need to beautify the place a bit more with more landscaping and provide more shade..
In the afternoon its hot like crap ..very unpleasant to walk around and eating in the restaurants if ts hot and stuffy

having said that, the place need another year or so to realize its full potential if its manage well and is able
to bring in a lot more quality tenants

Anyway this place will survive somehow i believe - management is key.

they should not charge for parking yet as the place is still not really filled up..

maybe free for first 2 hours ok lah..nowadays, every ringgit also count for many people..

have a food court like the one in Seasons Hotel KLCC selling all local foods and its a bit "atas"
than the usual coffee shop type..who dare venture will succeed (i think..

Malaysia Boleh food court in seasons also ok ma - i like the fishball kueyteow soup, nasi lemak, famous curry mee, chicken rice..

the toilets very clean wor..i go there LITERALLY every sunday for lunch..ha ha..!

yesterday i baru makan there..go try- its really not too bad but parking only RM5 for 2 hours on sun - well cheaper than hutong!
