Tbh I dont think we would ever know their untung rugi from this gb. But if they are saying dont wanna do it means its either rugi or not worth the trouble..

Each time we go back for complaint they loss rm200-300 becoz not being able to serve new customer.

this clearly their own problem lor... u do know those earlier install one they said got sound because of the piston, now they changed to other piston(if not mistaken from other supplier).
and like k3's case, not the shocks problem, but the workmanship problem, their worker didnt assemble it properly that why cause weird sound appear, thats why they need to do few times to get it done. and most of their customer going back also because of weird sound. thats why u see titan always crowded
