(u dont want to wait for 10 secs to pick up a phone right) Android Tuner seems pricey at USD6 for a single function that may or may not work for me the settings in STweaks are pretty comprehensive for my usage already (actually its so complicated so that's why I have you!) may i know why did you change the parameters for the activation of cores 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, and backwards?
