Dude , its a phone . What do u expect from its speaker ? To be as good as a mp3 player speakers ? And best smarphones speakers is not 5800 although it's 1 of the top choice

The usual culprits are Latitude (if enabled) and the official Facebook for Android app. It could be caused by any geolocation-aware app misbehaving but those two are the most common.

technically , not suppose 2 be but it's always there after i play candy crush . No idea why . If i didnt play , it's not present , only like 2-3 sec or most 1 min for whole day

Assassin rom 2.0 is buggy , DONT flash it . Use 1.0 if u wan , no problem totally .

why i cannot read delivery reports? -
Cuz u r not using a Nokia . If u wanna see your delivery report , long press your message and click message details . If your delivery report is enable , it will show u it's sent + time . Also , there's a small envelope by the side of the message with a tick to show the sms was sent and received aka delivered . If u have a hard time looking for it since it's quite small , the green tick on the envelope , sell your SGS3 mini and get a Note 2 , with a screen this size , u can see it clearly .

B&B having problem on 2.0 if u install directly . In 2.1 , just flash it normally like other roms . Then download B&B from themes and flash it . No more problem unlike when it's merge together with the rom in 2.0

means u need to download the rom , then go to themes and apps and download B&B and install it separately . Flash twice if u wan B&B theme for 2.1 . 2.0 is giving a lot of problem but not on 2.1 if u flash B&B separately . Been running it an hour or so , no issue so far . On 2.0 , cant even finish setup the ROM since keyboard is gone and unable to select anything expect Google voice and some users get stuck at boot screen .

seriously , u expect www.imei.info to have a whole database of phones sold everyday , world wide accurately ? Anyway , my imei is K770 under www.imei.info , maybe i should voice out my problem to SME as well .
