There many ways to trick the sot notice most of the time the phone is not connected to network. As long as screen is on its sot.
I dont understand I dont have wakelocks but my SOT is really bad.. I dobt understand why some people can get 10 hours of SOT.. And meanwhile I am barely scraping the 6 hours of SOT.. Anyway this is me playing real racing 3 for 1 hour non stop.. Look at how fast the battery falls..

Then u tell ppl u reach your destination in an hour vs the one driving at 60 reach 3 hours later?
My brother and one of my friend drives a VW polo, my bro can achieve 500km on a full tank but my friend only gets 300+km because he drives like a mad racer
The highest fuel consumption part are because of braking and acceleration part. If u can glide the car at high speed and control the gear via pedal shift u can get more km

Positron , aspire2oo6 and anyone else who plays a lot of games.
I would like to ask all, based on Positron's graph showing a very nice linear consumption, it indicates he can play a full 4 hours before batter goes flat.
So for those who play heavy games, how long does your battery last playing games alone, and would you know OTHER MODEL PHONE user who can achieve playing times as long as the Note 2?

Not to sound like some fanboy but Samsung did get it right this time on Note2 in terms of matching the software n the hardware nicely . The battery life is excellent . Some might say cuz of the battery size . Not entirely true . My wife is using note2 and sgs3 LTE as her secondary phone . She always complaint her sgs3 can barely last her 12 hours of usage . So recently she bought the sgs3 extended battery by Samsung , 3000mah . Even so , by end of the day , battery left are almost equal for both phones , sgs3 being slightly more BUT note2 being her primary has SOT of triple or more of SGS3 with everything like fb , twitter , instagram , gmail synced while sgs3 only has gmail n whatsapp . Both phones r on the same telco , stock but rooted .
i agree with this this the phone i have an acceptable battery life. Even i see its low i dont have to worry i just need to use less compare to other phones when its 40% or lower it means i need to bring a charger or turn it off

Anyway , when it comes to accessories , that shop is worth visiting . Cases includes SGP , Zenus , Griffin , Momax , etc ...... 1 whole shelves and that's excluding non branded cases and almost every accessories for Note2 available by Sun U is there . Also , if u r looking for something old like SGS2 extended battery , still got a few ready stock there
if best you can talk to samsung representative to get a sponsored event because it can help and act as a marketing stunt for them rather than you guys come out with your own money. With that you can even to get lots of chicks with note 2 to come. I can help to market it to the right direction if you guys can pull it off.

i wanted to do exactly that and scold them for 1. increasing my quota from 1.5GB to 2.0GB, making me download more inconsiderately 2. removing the extra charge from exceeding said data

What do you all think about Note 2's speakers? For me they are quite clear, never break up at low volumes.. But I don't know why the speakers lack the depth, it's just flat. But I don't blame Samsung, I think even the best smartphones speakers which is the Nokia 5800 has bass but still lack the depth..
Please remember most of smartphone today have mono speaker so the sound are very shallow.
Nokia have a few phones that stereo like
Nokia x7, nokia n900, nokia n9. After u use phone stereo speaker mono are crappy. Even nokia are following their crappy standard all mono now on Windows Phone

The 3G video calling uses the telco network so as long as the fella have a 3g phone with supported 3g video call connected to network you can call already compare to services like skype both party need to have skype and data allocation/ wifi while telco 3g call do not
