hm, i guess all business have bright future if done right.

i still see a lot shops closing down, doesnt mean you're in the F&B business, you will excel. there are a lot elements that governs it.

you need to actually scope down the niche market, priced right then it should be okay.

F&B if you dont have min 350k - 450k quite difficult for you...

futsal is a good business but capital outlay is very expensive...ground, design, turf and other equipments...

just keep an open mind
