Surely a lot of ppl would have thought so. I think there're no ways that you would become rich by being an employee these days.

But what about the capital? Not only the modal but the rolling funds as well. Or the consequences that you'd have to face later, like no more free time or troubles with... you know, black and white forces tongue.gif Just few of my thoughts...

i oledi have some plan want to do what kind of business in my mind but capital is the problem.

if u have enuf capital, just invest all by urself. partner sometimes will be a lot of trouble unless u know ur partner for long time ago and know him very well

i not calculated yet..but for F&B, i think is safe to have set up cost around 200k at least, then to maintain another 200k...is it too much? lol

if like the futsal business, the set up cost will be quite high, but will be low maintenance, even though the rental will be high, but if u can maintain the customers, it still profitable..like near my working place, 1 hour charge for RM120, so it is quite lot if consider u have 2 courts and operate from monday to sunday.

Only choose people whom you can trust to be your business partners, or else you'll be fishing in a lot of headaches in the long run. My idea of a business partner is somebody who shares my vision and somebody I can trust with all the company secrets, and not some stranger I meet over the internet.
