Now every time you charge, it will reach 100%?
if you don't see any problem, maybe is your own extension problem biggrin.gif

for my case, totally i charge for 10 times, only 1 time reach 100%.  sweat.gif
they do exchange my adapter.

So after they changed it for u, it charges to 100% every time? Or problem still persists? The dock still heats up easily like before? hmm.gif

the charger overheats and safety cut off the current...

so let the charger rest and re-charge

also not good to use your ipad battery to below 40% very bad for battery

Source? hmm.gif apple does recommend users to do at least a full charge once in a month..meaning drain it to 0% and charge up to 100%
