For basic power protection with single 3pin power socket, u can use MDSC0039.

Yes, I am on Unifi. The BTU and Router and PC are all located upstairs. Currently these equipment are on another Belkin.
There is a UTP cable from upstairs to downstairs STB.
I need the power protection for the STB, TV and the media player.

Hi, does ur TV connected with aerial antenna or astro decoder too? Anyway, it is highly recommended to protect LAN cable between upstair and downstairs, network ports are sensitive towards surge or possible to damage other equipments too.

Hi, need a Cal Lab for the following setup:

Socket->Power extender->UPS (700VA) -> PC, router and UniFi ONU (modem) (connected via Ethernet)

The PC is a low powered machine (about <100W, according to my UPS software). Please suggest me which one works the best.

Yup, the power extender, UPS, PC, router and ONU are all located close to each other.

Fiber optic input (landed uses fiber right?)

No shared connectivity (except wireless)

No homeplug, but will add one in the future for HyppTV.

My house is single phase, BTW.

I would suggest go for 2 units of MD-PLC-3 which supported homeplug.
1 will at ur PC site and another 1 at your hypptv STB box which beside ur TV
