Fitness need an advice for weight loss, help!... help!... help!...

hello forum-er i need an advice for weight loss ...

i just started to eat properly and exercising (walking)...

everyday i walked for 1 hour at 2 mph

will i losing some weight ??? ...

breakfast = oat + nestum 2 in 1
lunch = rice (herbal poni) + side dish
dinner = oat + fruits

height = 173 cm
weight = 100 kg
waist = 40

any good workout that i can do at home ( i mean not so hard to do )

thanks for the advice ... ur rite every single words .. i demotivated easily ... when i walked my leg hurts when i do workout my body damn pain my lung feel it wanna exploded ... anyways thanks again ... i will do it slowly ... step by step ... hahahaha ... icon_rolleyes.gif

thanks for all the positive advised ... for the 1st week i doing slow walk for 1 hour ... in the 2nd week i able to jog for about 1 km + walking ... today is my 3rd week maybe i will jog for 2 km... rclxms.gif ... actually eating herba ponni rice was good though (a bit expensive but wort it)... felt very light .... not like last time i ate normal rice, felt lazy and sleepy ... yawn.gif ... i'm just turned 25 anyway (last week)... hahahaha ... im facing one problem that is my belly like spare tire(fat belly) huhuhu ... any advice on that ??? ... icon_question.gif ...

just wanna ask something ... is it good to burn 800 ++ calories per day ? ... how many calories should human burn per day if he/she want to lose weight ? ... icon_question.gif ...
