I am working out all on my own. So, i hv some questions n i hope from u guys answers i can make a good a to z steps.
-wats the best time for u to jog in da morning?
-how long to jog?
-need to eat first? Wat food n how much is the amount do i need?
-after jog......how long do i need to rest b4 breakfast.
-eat b4 shower or after shower?
-if 2 half-boiled eggs for breakfast, is it enough?
-how long is enough for doing workouts in a day, in a week?
