It's easy to find, need to walk a bit but no hassle on where to park. If I can take train there and find my way, I'm sure you can.

The last I went to PWTC, I parked inside The Mall, but it's now close, so have to find other place to park.

Tenggol is more expensive on average compared to other islands. What is consider reasonable to you?

Yea, they did say they are still new and can see they are very cincai. They didn't ask for any deposit from you? They ask us to pay up 50% deposit (somemore say can sign credit card straight away) to secure the price and can travel anytime up until April 2014.
We were also told that it was also not inclusive of equipment rental. 5 dives as you said and every additional dive at RM100/dive which was quite high if you ask me. I did ask about 3 person and 4 person, how is the room arrangement like, he kept mentioning to me that their beds are very big and their rooms can sleep 4 people so it'll be quad sharing. 24 hours electric supply and 10-5 aircond.

Spider is nothing! From what I heard, the rooms in Tenggol is really bad. You'll get rats and iguanas coming into your room in the middle of the night.

Then again, cincai also not always good. Better confirm with them in writing, they can verbally promise you but might not be able to deliver when the time comes.

Not to forget that the pool at aquatik is quite dirty too.
