I don't think that's the one. The FAQ might be outdated, it seems. Have you tried running it in admin mode? Right click the shortcut and select run as admin (after closing previous instance of the launcher).

whats the difference between PVP and PVE servers?

PVE servers cant pvp?

and whats the objective of this game? farm farm farm and get the best items thats all?

or do they have like some guild wars or something to achieve

PvP = Anyone can gank you regardless of level (Level 11 and below are protected, I think)
PvE = You must flag yourself in pvp mode and attack those who are flagged in order to pvp.

So far, for me, this game is like monhun with stories.

There are guild wars that the leader can start. Against up to 2 other guilds.

My second time in Velika and I can't find the bag expander NPC. Help?
And one of my quest is bugged where the commander Samael refuse to give me my reward. Quest still stuck with ?

Doubt there's any external links unless you can find someone who can give you the files in person.

As to the bag expander, it's in Velika near the trade broker/banker outside the valkyon headquarters at the south east.

I got mine done in 1 day+, granted I left it overnight. Not sure what's wrong with your speed though.

just pass lvl11 and suddenly i see ppl name is red color, no idea why

dont care, continue my quest, once i step out of town....
