I can still solo party instance till Cultist Refuge with slayer but would be nice to have party to help shorten the time needed to clear dungeon lol

I'm planning on downloading & playing Tera Online on the NA server.
I'd like to ask. Is there delay between the interaction in the game, like when during combat or NPC talking? If so, is it terrible or just minor lag that can be ignored?
