So sad, still not sure when it will be conplete.
Saujana Aster whih launched (Aug 2014) 1 yr after Tamara already VP and handover to buyer in Dec 2015. Already can get in iproperty for sale n rent. |

now global economy not that stable, Malaysia lagi teruk. Rental 3.5k abit impossible. Around 2-2.5k.
Just visit the site painting work have started @ Blok B & C and ayer 8 seem good. Many F&B have started business and Bank rakyat also having business in ayer 8, hope more bank coming in. |

I not sure in future whether rental can reach 3k or not. But from my personal view tamara and dwi putra is totally difference in term of density, amenity and spec. That is why tamara was sold out in 3 day during launching.
Density : Tamara is 440 unit in 9 acres land + 1.4 acre neighborhood park + a full size football field (total around 12.5 acres), dwiputra is 880 unit in 11 acres land that all. Amenity : Tamara is walking distance to ayer 8 & promenade, for dwiputra u need to drive out to the nearby precint 15 or alamanda. I not sure presint 14,15 got any petrol station but I can confirm there is in presint 8 and many orther amnity like bank, pasar, shop, food court and gov school even hospital and police station also within driving distance less than 2km. Spec : Tamara all are 1200ft come with complete kitchen facilities as shown unit wihouth the 3G glass (kitchen cabinet, hob, hood, oven and microwave), Dwiputra there are 950ft & 1200ft with only kitchen sink is provided, if owner add in kitchen cabinet there maybe only simple cabinet with hob & hood. Tamara all bed room is laminated timber flooring, dwiputra are just tile flooring. Tamara come with 2 aircon as well, dwiputra i remeber correectly is no aircon provide unless owner add in air con. Tamara bath room is come with glass panel (if i remember correct), dwiputra bath room is just basic. If say dwiputra 950ft rented out RM2k, why not tamara rented out higher? Just my own view. |
