Featuring a co-op campaign for 1 to 4 players, Nazi Zombie Army is a horrifying new stand-alone expansion of the award-winning Sniper Elite series. In the dying flames of World War II, a despairing Hitler unleashes one final, unholy gamble – a legion of undead super soldiers that threatens to overwhelm the whole of Europe. You are Karl Fairburne – the sniper who shaped world history. You are one of the last living souls in Germany. You must team up or die. American, German, Russian – previous military allegiances no longer matter. Now it's just the living versus the dead. Only a Sniper Elite with nerves of steel and a steady aim stands a chance against Hitler’s Nazi Zombie Army!

Wah, 1 map/campaign quite long, not too bad at all. Initially I thought after each safe house = the next map in the list, but it's a whole campaign like Left 4 Dead, with safe house too. Quite fun I guess. But the defense section can be annoying, and not very fresh/interesting. Just finished 1 campaign, so can't comment too much on it yet.
But we have zombie snipers too! And huge tanky zombie. Will see if there are any other different types of zombies further in other campaigns.
If this ends up like Left 4 dead with continuous support and more campaigns in the future, definitely worth trying this out! It's basically WWII left 4 dead, don't expect much sneaky stuff like in Sniper Elite 1 and 2. You get extra cutscenes in single player campaign, but not in multiplayer. And you get the super cool slow-mo x-ray kill cam when playing alone, if you play multiplayer, you only get a short sped-up kill-cam (for obvious reasons). Though playing alone doesn't seem all too fun, unlike Left 4 Dead, you don't have AI teammates.
As far as I can see, there's no voice-acting for all of the characters, so there's no party banter during the game, just silence from your characters, which is rather unfortunate. Loved the banter in Left 4 Dead, they add a lot of immersion to the atmosphere. And I don't t think there's any kind of melee attacks in the game, another missed opportunity. You can use spacebar to kick enemies down, but that's it, you can't do anything else. Adding executions to downed enemies would have been cool. Stomp their heads or something... like in.... I can't remember the game o.o Enemies will resurrect once if you didn't kill them with a headshot, so stomping the heads of downed enemies would have fit just right in with the other mechanics.
Basically, this will be fun for those that love Left 4 dead series, but probably not too appealing for those that liked Sniper Elite for the sneaking and very long range kills.
