It's neutral allocation is 50/50, they only reduced equity weighting in anticipation of GE.

Ah, alright. But you dumped all your balanced fund too right? I remember you holding some back then.

It IS global in the sense of Pacific Mutual are unrestricted on the region to invest in, it does not mean that the fund has to be globally diversified tongue.gif
*
Which is why I'm saying in a way. Because from where PGSF is investing now, SAQ is obviously better off smile.gif but I get where you are coming from.

Japan has become an irrational market, pumped up by liquidity but no fundamentals. U sure u wanna ride along? sweat.gif
*
Idunnolol, lets discuss. Japan economy is stagnant at the moment hence the central bank is definitely doing something about it.

So if you are planning to hold for long terms (ETA 5 years), then by all means buy now. it's a gamble. Unless Japan go into recession lar. which I doubt smile.gif

Let's don't talk technical economics, let's just talk kopitiam talk - look around u, are ppl choosing Korean products over Japanese ones purely based on pricing alone? Cars maybe still yes, but in terms of electronics and electricals, Koreans are already above the Japs. So, competitive pricing from weakening Yen will take some sales away from Korea, but I doubt that it will be much.
*
Your simple interpretation as usual smile.gif

Btw bro, on that.. I'm thinking whether to buy in HUP SENG a not lar. Pana just bought in at RM4. Doubt it will have much capital appreciation. Dividend yield 4%+

Should I dump the money to top up UT, or go with share?
