My equity funds

42.07% CIMB-Principal Asia Pacific Dynamic Income Fund
8.41% Eastspring Investments Equity Income Fund
49.50% Pacific Global Stars Fund

Planning on getting other equity fund. CIS april fund choice ok ar? CIMB APDIF and PGSF both also have high % of investment in HK, SG. Getting HAQF means I focus more on HK, SG also?

Soli ar, still noobish. cry.gif

CIMB-Principal Asia Pac Dynamic Income really quite popular among u guys hmm.gif

Hwang AQF is heavy on ASEAN+HK.

Consider having a bit of exposure to Emerging Markets lar. If u takut, just allocate 10% lo. Risk is high, but I believe that it'll be very rewarding. icon_idea.gif

Wahh I don't know I am suay or not, always in when the NAV is high, once purchase, next day drop.

Then again, like you mentioned what really counts would be the no. of units held and NAV price.

So when market low, try to buy so that can reduce the average cost per unit? i think haha

Let's take OSK-UOB SMART BALANCED FUND VS AMBALANCED.

OUSBF has lower risk-adjusted return, (meaning can't hold up well in rally market?) and more volatile (larger NAV price swing) compared to AmBalanced.

Furthermore, OUSBF generates lesser returns by 1.2% compared to Ambalanced and it is not worth to invest in OUSBF due to higher volatilty. Conclusion, go for Ambalanced?
