i tot if someone twist your neck u die oready (based on reference of bruce lee movies la!)
heheh..but actually, if its because u had a bad nite sleep, just put the pillow in hot sun....after few hours, ask someone whack your neck/back with that pillow. will work. |

Hehe ~ of course pain la~~...emm after i wake up than i feel very painful...my bro says its bcuz my pillow too high...
 but after playing football,the pain reduce!!  uhh whack my neck wid a pillow?? |
