As this is my first time buying car seat, would like to have some opinion & recommendation from you all.

1) What car are u driving? - Old persona elegance/Honda City 2011
2) U planning to use seat belts or isofix/latch? - latch, as both car do not have isofix
3) Are u planning to have more than 1 child car seat at the car rear seats? - yes, will have 2 car seat
4) What are your priorities in sequence? Safety & budget around 700.

I saw koopers quite cheap, but I'm a bit reluctant on it since first is local made, secondly never heard of its name.

yes, i looking for those that doesn't require isofix feature.

Most likely I won't squeeze another adult at rear, but can't say for sure yet.
Rear car baby seat will be seated with 2 years old toddler & a newborn baby.
