Please dont buy hybrid car seat..really bad workmanship..just use it couple of time already torn at the belt pad area..ask for change and when go there(shop) realize that its all same for all hybrid model..same area torn..they mention..that is common..all same because from same factory and patent..

BB will be due somewhere April next year. Now start survey, then only found out it's not cheap thou.

Hope all mummy/daddy here able to give some advice.

1) What car are u driving? - Kia Optima K5 / Nissan xTrail
2) U planning to use seat belts or isofix/latch? - either, but Isofix will be preferrable
3) Are u planning to have more than 1 child car seat at the car rear seats? - Not at this moment.
4) What are you priorities in sequence? Safety, convenience, budget
(Eg. All-in-1 type, budget, safe, convenience, light weight, narrow width, etc)

I'm eyeing on travel system, after 1 year / reach the weigh limit, then change to car-seat. This is because it will be easier to transfer the baby from car to house about 3 months old when send to nanny after maternity leave.

Currently in mind:-

i. Quinny Zapp Flex + Maxi Cosi Cabriofix. Planned to change the Maxi Cosi Cabriofix to Joie Gemm, not sure fit to stroller not.

ii. Joie Chrome + Joie Gemm.

For carseat, planned for Graco / Joie. No specified model yet. Any suggestion?

1) What car are u driving? - Viva / vios (no iso fix) / brv with isofix
2) U planning to use seat belts or isofix/latch? - both
3) Are u planning to have more than 1 child car seat at the car rear seats? - Not at this moment.
4) What are you priorities in sequence?
Light weight. Budget.

Looking for newborn light weight baby carrier car seat. Prefer rearward installation. Plus stroller which can put the baby carrier and front and rear setup. Means baby can face me or the view in front.

Been impress with Chico ohlala stroller which is light weight. Not more than 4kg and when fold wheels stay at bottom. Rm7xx no need to buy online.

Been looking at sweet cheery d288 dolph stroller plus bc010 dolph carrier car seat . But stroller is 7.9kg and carrier is 3.6kg. dunno if only the carrier how much weight. Rm 7xx online both. Dunno where to buy locally. Pg. Meets all my requirements . Only concern about the weight and the build quality for the price.

Other option to buy locally. Chico nextfit zip rm 17xx. Saw from here nextfit zip can get around 1k at KL when ware hOuse sale ? Chico eletta 9xxrm.

Now looking into neuvo chicco travel system to see whether suitable or not.

Really pening now. Expecting my baby girl this year or next year @@

TIA for your recommendation and advise. Cheers
Ethan

The more research I do... The more I realize how important, how costly, and how complicated the child seats are.

Now very pening... rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Anyone has experience using the Koopers Mambo Plus for newborn?

And, you guys use the locking clip for child seats secured with seat belts?
