why not C instead of S at the beginning ??

why not blog.lowyat.net

dudhdudhu~~~ or just stick with bolehblogs

blogcentral is definately a high class domain and obviously taken

blog.lowyat.net would means the username will be at the end, and be a somewhat lowyat members blog. Blogsentral (formerly bolehblogs) is targetted at bloggers in general.

hmm, somehow thats a very nice name for the blog
although some might feel unsatisfied

Well, I like the name too. The 'sentral' with the 's' signifies its Malaysian.

but in the title of the website later it'll have to be spelt BlogCentral due to an SEO thing.

the domain isn't taken, imo
but, if we were to use blogcentral, it'll conflict, just like bolehblogs

hmm.. true.. sigh.. domain names.. a headache.

Blogcentral.com is a registered domain since 2002. Just because there isn't a website doesn't means its available

90% of the term blog(s) with a common word is taken up, usually registered by domain squatters and sold of for insane prices if someone wants it.

..is they say, dependant on factors of the domain name, the title, the heading tags, the markup in your website, the content... and etc. it's not just all about linkings anymore.

and soon, from what i heard..Google might be introducing a new process of ranking websites. a rumour has it that the older websites still being updated will be given a higher ranking now. but all this will be revealed in due time I suppose.

its like asking "why KLSentral is using S instead of C?"

What about Mariblog ? Sounds Malaysian and won't be too freaky...

well ... just to my attention that .. no one was asked abt the name blogsentral .... but aniway ... as i was thinking mamakblogs ... i read
