Btw update with you guys. Yesterday, i went to Gurney TRU, saw no batman set left. All gone in 2-3 days. So, i keep back my word to say that penangites are not interested in batman sets in previous post. I checked the temple of light, the retain price is 314.90. So, after 10%, is just about 280. Chaud, you don't have to bring in anymore. The retail pricr is better. =)

I think for modular its very hard to "community service" due to the price per set. Just imagine, bring in 20 sets of Palace Cinema...

But after watching the review from Brickshow, i'm a bit on the fence.

The exterior of the building looks pretty damn awesome but the inside is pretty empty
