my current handlebars length 68cm n stem 80mm..so, for me, i feel my handling not good enuff around tight corners n d handlebars abit short for a stable descend or when i land after jumps..so, i wan to know wats d ideal handlebars length use for AM setup...(coz im slowly chnging to AM hardtail from xc hardtail now..hee)

Thanks guys.  I am not really going for mountain biking with jumps etc. I am too old for that kind of risk.  Basically what I want is to go cycling with friends with some offroad like pebble road or dirt road with some pot-holes etc. 

I read the Hummer or Montague is a full size MTB that can really go offroad as the folding mechanism is different from those road foldies.  It might suit my needs but they are too many chinese fake around so trying to get a "real"one might be a challenge.

The other reasons I need folding type is because I need it to fit my trunk so I can drive to meet my friends as my area is not suitable for cycling.

yea price for ex6 brand new is about 7600. ex 7 is about 9000. ex 8 about 10k
price is before discount. i'm assuming i can get about 5-10%.

I've read many good reviews on this EX line as it was recommended by that friend of mine. Maybe he's promoting it because he sells trek but then again it's a nice bike. I'm trying to compare the same range with other brands/models but i'm not too sure what others are there to compare.

Remedy is a full on AM bike, i'm trying to find a good balance with AM and XC. a bike that can do both i suppose.
