Show room and sales office beside maybank (pos office). Visited last 2 weeks, tempting to book 332sft unit 218k but no promo package, 15%downpayment ;(..commercial title. If the unit vp at 1000psft later in 3 years time, only 332k not much to makan.....

upfront 32k return 73k(minus downpayment)...hmm..many other projects has brighter return..Bigger units had been booked, cek submitted one year ago! 332sft is a new layout after altering the whole floor structure..no doubt it is a good location (beside Giant and opposite Pos Office)...entrance will be the same side like how you enter Giant.
