sofo?.. another office project at kelana jaya?. Taragon, PJ5, Infinity tower, Kelana Centre, Parklane, Kelana square. Oh btw sila buka mata besar2. If studio sure good buy.

Went there yesterday, studio sold out. I got 2 unit studio at kelana sentral, easy to rent out, currently tenanted at 1500 permonth for studio. For 2 bedroom about 2000. This Sofo better location. If u invest 330k 2 bed.. Monthly about 1300-1400, rental about 2k for current rate. I been in bussines since 2007.. Trust me this is good one. My advise, buy studio or 2 bed and price must below 400k, u will get handsome return. Above 500k, not encourage... This area, all rental below than 3k..
