Ethernet Cable? Nope.
It is possible to connect using Crossover Cable, but I'm not sure how set it up.

1. Go to Network Connections from Control Panel.
2. Right-click your wireless adapter, then click Properties
3. Go to Advanced tab, enable Internet Connection Sharing then select the network adapter that's connected to your Xbox360 from the drop-down menu list.
4. Restart PC if necessary.
