Just got my phone back from the service centre yesterday! Didn't get a chance to test out SD card slot cause I lost my SD card . They changed the mobo so I think it would be fine. Set it up with all my apps and updated to GDR3. Works fine so far!

can't install refocus though using both proxies. Haiz

Yah it will itself de. Last time I sent it for warranty service because SD card slot busted.
They replace mobo only not earpiece.
I know cause last time I replace my earpiece different part number.

Yea. the mic is pretty fragile.


Perhaps perhaps because it has two mics. But one is for noise reduction during calls if I'm not wrong.

nope. Tried France rom with NSU.. no luck
tried France rom with Nokia care suite 2013, Error says Vpl file not found.
tried to download Chinese rom but too slow.
guess I just have to wait damn.

1)Sign up a free dev account at http://apps.windowsstore.com/default.htm
(If you really want to develop apps, you can only deploy two apps at a time on your device even your device is unlocked, the account also limits to one device only)
2) Go to Windows Store and download "Preview for developers" Link
3) Launch the app and it should be pretty straightforward. Sign in with the account you sign up your dev account with
4) Go to phone updates and update your phone
5) Enjoy!
If you're scared of voiding your warranty after doing this or when you want to claim warranty, just flash your phone using NSU to the stock firmware.
In fact I've sent in my phone with GDR3 without restoring it to GDR2 and they proceed with warranty claiming as well.

GDR3 is like Nexus, vanilla Android (in other words without bloatware).
Nokia Black is like Samsung TouchWiz, HTC Sense( with themes, or bloatware)
In this case, Nokia Black contains manufacture specific apps like Glance screen and Nokia Camera App.

mine is unstable sometimes get 12 hours on WiFi usage all the time with SOT 5 hours. One time It managed to rann for 3 days 4 hours.
