Out of topic

Some random poem from XDA user :

CODE
Today today the longest day
Today got old and passed away
Became the flash of yestersay
Today has passed away.

When hippies stop relentless swag
The Unicorns again will wag
-their poop stained rainbow flowing shag
But not before Today.

Leaky leaky yesterday,
All my RAM has passed away
But dev has promised that if I pray
Tomorrow will be today.

Weird. Have you try to flash other 4.2.2 kernel? Try to wipe cache / dalvik then flash again. If fails, redownload the rom and kernel.

just curious, about updating from 4.2.1 to 4.2.2..

I got this notification on my notification bar on my phone that this update was downloaded and ready to install.

So I let it to install, it rebooted to install but then when installing got error. Can't do anything after that except doing a battery pull to reboot the phone and booted up properly with 4.2.1.

Happened b4 this too, did the same thing, after about a week I got this update notification again.

I don't mind not able to update(although I'd prefer to do so if possible) but i can't get rid of this update notifcation every week

extra info, my device is AP set(in case this info matters)

usually the folks at xda has a collection of basebands,
it won't affect your connectivity, but if you are OCD about it maybe can help yourself by checking out http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1405345

Guys, does the gnex suffers any lag/stutter in the latest update to 4.2.2? Any bugs?
Planning to get myself a gnex, but don't know how well it cope with 4.2.2 update. Not planning to flash custom rom though.
So can any gnex users that had updated to 4.2.2 and running on stock rom please give some feedback? brows.gif

GNex has been lagging (almost like shit) since 4.2 has been introduced to this phone. If you want smoothness and fast, stick with 4.1.2.

if u are not into heavy gaming.....no problem at all

Gnex should survive at least another major Android version upgrade official from Google (Assuming that official support for 2 years based on Nexus S)

Don't forget the slower HSDPA speed compared to N4. A lot slower.

Yep working under paranoid preference > interface and tick global color.

Now PA color worked. Maybe I accidentally unchecked global color.
