I'm looking to build bigger mass now that my weight gaining routine seem to no longer have effect. (I'm still damn skinny)
Before I go to GNC and look for protein supplements, can anyone here give me some advice on what products you use that you think is effective?
And the approximate price range?
I want to start off with something cheaper first.

I would say, read the stickies up in the forum before you open this thread.

2ndly, GNC supplements are overpriced.

3rdly, you need to know what you want to achieve before even wanting to buy supplements.

And as price references, you can easily search Lowyat forum for some protein deals.

Umm, i have read most of them.
Just hoping to get some personal opinions here.
I asked on the forums before where to get supplements and most say GNC and avoid retail pharmacies. Besides these two, where else can I get them?
Gain mass as a start I suppose.

I would still say you can perhaps get a better deal from Lowyat forum......

Depends on what type of supplement you want.

Personally, everyone has a different opinion of what that works for them.

Besides, some people said mass gainers are not really that effective/gimmick. Again, it always depends on the people that uses it laugh.gif

I shall now make way for the Doctors of LYN to guide you further.

Btw, do state your mass and height to begin with laugh.gif

I am also looking for the same mass gainer/protein supplement, I am 180cm, 70kg, yes wanted to gain some muscle weight.

I sought through the forum, too many proteins type, i presumed for such cases I just get a 'mass gainer' and try it on?

try dymatize super mass gainer..thats my trainer suggest for those who want to gain mass..and dnt forgot when u eat more then u should train more..otherwise u will not gain any muscle mass(jz gain fat)...if u train hard u must eat more protein, carb n calorie to recover your muscle for better growth..
