Not sure about the scout 2, but actually my 400R having clearance issue as well so I need to align it slightly towards the side panel. For below rm300 budget, another alternative is cm692 adv, the top panel has a shroud to hide ur fan.

Can fit in. There's 2x 120mm fan hole up there but I don't think it has enough clearance for rad + fan. Thickness of both around 55mm depend what rad u are using

I don't think u can drill another hole on top of scout 2. U go Google scout 2 top panel then u'll know why. If rs240 I think not enough clearance on top. Unless u mount fan or rad outside

Looking on TJ07 used or CM 690 II Advanced B&W colour.

I doubt if u can find used tj07 at this price range. If u want a full tower, nzxt switch 810 will be very good at rm5xx

Yup. I guess i will settle down with either CM 690 II advanced usb3.0 B&W or just scout 2 white.

Scout 2 look nicer but due to the top. Will reconsider if not then i will settle down with CM690II Advanced

Im not staying in sibu thought. So i guess either scout 2 or CM690II advanced will satisfied my need. Will update you what casing im.getting as buyer is grabing my asgard this friday

You can always seek for local courier such as using big lorry or bus for delivery from sibu to kuching, that way of delivery fee will be much cheaper than using domestic postage service rom poslaju or other courier company.

Well, some bus drivers will allow ppl to tumpang barang and deliver from terminal to terminal .
So the price is quite dependent on the driver de mood .

The CM 690 II Advanced i'm getting has 2 USB 3.0 at front i/o panel as well as 2 USB 2.0.
